  • Tables and Chairs: Adequate seating and table space should be provided based on the number of artists and services booked.  
  • Mirrors and Lighting: Well-lit mirrors are ideal, but if lighting is unavailable, standard mirrors will suffice.  
  • Bins: Small bins should be placed between stations for convenience and cleanliness.  
  • Temperature Control: Air conditioning is recommended, particularly in warmer locations, to ensure comfort when using hot styling tools.

SALON SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Creating a seamless and professional salon environment is essential for delivering the exceptional luxury experience Dawn Artists is known for. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we’ve outlined the key requirements for hairstylists, makeup artists and salon setups below.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

  • Client Refreshments: Access to client drinks is appreciated. This can include a water station or venue staff available to take drink orders.  
  • Music System: To create a welcoming atmosphere, a music system is recommended. If unavailable, Dawn Artists can provide a Bluetooth speaker along with curated playlists.  
  • Electrical Outlets: Multiple plug points are essential for styling tools. For larger bookings, venues should test simultaneous use of plug points to ensure no additional power charge is required.  

To enhance the client experience, we recommend providing access to refreshments, such as a water station or venue staff available to take drink orders. FOR LARGER BOOKINGS 

  • Reception Area: A small reception table (high table or standard table and chair) is helpful for managing appointments.  
  • Waiting Area: Provide 2 - 4 additional chairs outside or within the salon space for early arrivals.  

For larger bookings, a small reception area with a high table or standard table and chair is helpful for managing appointments efficiently. Additionally, we recommend providing 2–4 extra chairs in or near the salon space to accommodate early arrivals comfortably.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS

If requested by the client, optional enhancements such as floral arrangements or room decor can be coordinated to elevate the salon atmosphere.  

VENUE COLLABORATION

To ensure a flawless setup, we recommend working closely with the venue to verify logistics, including Wi-Fi access and electrical capacity.
